| 摘 要： | 目的:了解我院营养药的使用情况,以便更合理地使用该类药物。方法:对2008—2010年我院住院患者使用营养药的品种、用药总量、用药金额、用药频度(DDDs)分别进行统计、排序和分析。结果:2008—2010年我院营养药用药金额均有增加,肠外营养药的使用高于肠内营养药。结论:部分营养药的使用剂量不尽合理,如何合理使用营养药需要进一步探讨。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: To investigate the utilization of nutritional support drugs in our hospital in order to facilitate the rational use of nutritional support drugs.METHODS: The utilization of nutritional support drugs in our hospital during 2008-2010 period were analyzed in respect of drug variety,consumption quantity,consumption sum and DDDs.RESULTS: The consumption sum of nutritional support drugs increased in our hospital during 2008-2010 and the consumption of parenteral nutrient drugs was more than that of enteral nutrient drugs.CONCLUSION: The doses of some nutritional support drugs prescribed were somewhat irrational.Further study remains to be done regarding rational use of the nutritional support drugs. |
