| 摘 要： | 目的:分析《卫生部办公厅关于抗菌药物临床应用管理有关问题的通知》实施前后1年,上海市郊区6家样本医院抗感染药使用状况。方法:应用金额排序法、用药频度(DDDs)排序法和变化率排序法,对上海市郊区6家样本医院抗感染药进行统计和分析。结果:实施后1年抗感染药总金额与用药总金额的百分比下降2.01%,其中氟喹诺酮类下降尤为明显,达到17.86%。但碳青霉烯类却有明显上升,达到55.56%。结论:上海市郊区6家样本医院抗感染药的管理不平衡,氟喹诺酮类管理较好,碳青酶烯类仍然需要加强管理。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: To investigate the utilization of anti-infective drugs in six suburban hospitals of Shanghai before and(1 year) after the implementation of the Notice of Management Issues on Clinical Application of Anti-infective Drugs Issued by General Office of Ministry of Health.METHODS: The use of anti-infective drugs in six suburban hospitals of Shanghai was analyzed statistically with regard to ranking in consumption sum,DDDs(defined daily dose) and their variation rates.RESULTS: At 1 year after the issuing of the Notice of Management Issues on Clinical Application of Anti-infective Drugs,the percentage of anti-infective agents in the total in terms of consumption sum reduced by 2.01%,much as in the consumption sum of quinolones which declined by 17.86%;however,the consumption sum of carbapenems increased significantly by 55.56%.CONCLUSION: The management on anti-infective agents in these six suburban hospitals in Shanghai is unbalanced.The management on quinolones is satisfactory,yet the management on carbapenems remains to be tightened. |
