摘    要:随着社会的发展,高校对青年教师的要求越来越高。青年教师往往面临着科研与教学的双重压力,有的青年教师还承担着部分行政性事务。部分青年教师无法正确面对这种压力。本研究在分析教学与科研的关系基础上,进一步分析国内教学科研的现状并指出存在着"重科研,轻教学"的问题。基于对问题产生的原因的分析,本研究指出青年教师应当认清自己所处的高校类型,并做出长远规划,才能正确面对教学与科研的双重压力。

Abstract:With the development of society,colleges and universities have increasingly higher requirements for young teachers.The young teachers are usually faced with the dual pressures of research and teaching and some of them also undertake part of the administrative affairs.Some of the young teachers can not deal with such pressure correctly.On the basis of analyzing the relationship between teaching and research,this study further studied the current status of domestic teaching and research and pointed out that there existed the problem of "value research,neglect teaching".Based on the analysis of the causes,this study proposed that young teachers should recognize the types of their universities and make long-term planning in order to deal with the dual pressures of teaching and research properly.
