食管癌围术期合理应用抗菌药物的干预措施及其效果

目的:调查干预措施实施前、后围术期抗菌药物应用情况,探讨干预措施的可行性和必要性,以提高围术期抗菌药物合理应用水平。方法:采用回顾性调查方法,抽取干预措施实施前后病历各500份进行调查分析。结果:手术日初次用药的比例从干预前的2.24%提高到干预后的33.74%;术后用药时间延长问题没有改善;抗菌药物的用法、用量有待规范;氟喹诺酮类药的应用在干预后明显减少;干预后,联合用药比例明显下降。结论:干预措施发挥了一定作用,但有效性待提高,应进一步改进措施、加强管理。

Outcome of the Intervention Measures Aimed at Perioperative Rational Use of Antibacterial Drugs in Patients Undergoing Esophageal Carcinoma Surgery

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the perioperative antibiotic use before and after the taking of the intervention measures and discuss the feasibility and necessity of the intervention measures in order to improve the rationality in perioperative antibiotic use.METHODS: A total of 1000 medical records(with 500 collected before intervention and 500 after) were analyzed retrospectively.RESULTS: The percentage of the patients who used antibiotics initially on the operative day increased from 2.24% before intervention to 33.74% after intervention.No improvement was noted in prolonged postoperative medication after intervention.The administration and dosage of antibacterial drugs remain to be standardized further.After intervention,the consumption of quinolones was significantly reduced and the ratio of combined drug use decreased significantly.CONCLUSION: The intervention measures play a certain role yet its effectiveness remains to be improved.It is important to further improve the intervention measures and tighten management on drug use.
