沙美特罗/氟替卡松联合噻托溴铵治疗重度支气管哮喘的临床观察

目的:探讨沙美特罗/氟替卡松联合噻托溴铵治疗重度支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法:选取2010年1月—2011年12月收治的重度支气管哮喘患者共98例,以随机抽样法分为实验组和对照组各49例,其中实验组采用沙美特罗/氟替卡松联合噻托溴铵治疗,对照组仅用沙美特罗/氟替卡松治疗。结果:治疗后实验组患者的用力肺活量、最大呼气流量和最大呼气中段流量均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者的发作次数、住院次数及治疗费用比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采用沙美特罗/氟替卡松联合噻托溴铵治疗重度支气管哮喘,其疗效显著,不良反应少。

Efficacy of Salmeterol Flixonase Plus Tiotropium Bromide for Severe Bronchial Asthma

OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the efficacy of salmeterol flixonase plus tiotropium bromide for severe bronchial asthma.METHODS: 98 patients with severe bronchial asthma admitted to our hospital from Jan.2010 to Dec.2011 were randomized to either trial group receiving salmeterol flixonase plus tiotropium bromide or control group receiving salmeterol flixonas alone,of 49 each.RESULTS: After treatment,the forced vital capacity,maximal expiratory flow and maximal midexpiratory flow in the trial group were significantly higher than in the control group(P<0.05).The two groups showed statistical differences in the frequency bronchial asthma attack,frequency of hospitalization and treatment cost(P<0.05);however,there were no significant differences between the two groups in the frequency of adverse drug reactions(P>0.05).CONCLUSION: Salmeterol flixonase plus tiotropium bromide showed remarkable efficacy yet few side reactions in patients with severe bronchial asthma.
