大剂量复方苦参注射液联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌疗效观察

目的:观察大剂量复方苦参注射液联合吉西他滨+卡铂(GC)化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的临床疗效。方法:将90例确诊的晚期NSCLC患者以随机抽样法分为治疗组50例和对照组40例,治疗组采用大剂量复方苦参注射液联合GC方案化疗,28 d为1个周期,连用2个周期;对照组应用GC方案化疗,观察实体瘤近期疗效、疼痛程度缓解、生活质量变化、不良反应等情况。结果:治疗组疼痛缓解程度明显优于对照组,近期疗效及生活质量改善方面,治疗组较对照组高;2组不良反应比较,除血红蛋白计数下降差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)外,其余指标治疗组均低于对照组。结论:大剂量复方苦参注射液联合GC化疗具有明显减轻癌性疼痛、增强疗效、改善生存质量、减轻化疗不良反应的作用。

Efficacy of Large Dose of Compound Matrine Injection Combined Chemotherapy for Non-Small-Cell Lung Cancer

OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the curative efficacy of large dose of compound matrine injection combined GC chemotherapy(gemcitabine+cisplatin) for non-small-cell lung cancer(NSCLC).METHODS: A total of 90 NSCLC patients were randomly assigned to receive either compound matrine injection plus GC chemotherapy for two cycles(with 28 days defined as 1 cycle)(treatment group,n=50) or GC chemotherapy alone(control group,n=40).The short-term efficacy on solid tumor,pain relief degree,quality of life and adverse drug reactions were followed.RESULTS: The treatment group showed significantly better improvement in pain relief and short-term efficacy than did control group;with regard to adverse drug reactions,except hemoglobin reduction which showed no significant differences(P>0.05),all the other indexes were lower in the treatment group than in the control group.CONCLUSION: Addition of large dose of compound matrine injection to chemotherapy for NSCLC can significantly relieve cancerous pain,improve curative efficacy,improve the quality of life and attenuate the adverse reaction of chemotherapy.
