2007—2011年新乡市中心医院鲍曼不动杆菌的构成与耐药性变迁

目的:了解我院5年来临床分离的鲍曼不动杆菌构成及耐药变迁,为临床医师合理使用抗菌药物提供可靠依据。方法:回顾性分析2007年1月—2011年12月临床分离的鲍曼不动杆菌构成和耐药性。结果:5年来鲍曼不动杆菌分离率逐年上升,耐药率有逐年增高趋势,对头孢哌酮/舒巴坦的耐药率最低,其余已达72%以上。结论:鲍曼不动杆菌耐药十分严重,要加大监管力度,提高合理用药水平。

Composition and Antibiotic Resistance of Acinetobacter Baumannii in Xinxiang Municipal Central Hospital During 2007-2010

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the composition and drug resistance of acinetobacter baumannii in our hospital in the past 5 years so as to provide reliable references for clinicians in rational use of antibacterials.METHODS: The composition and drug resistance of acinetobacter baumannii in our hospital during 2007-2011 were analyzed retrospectively.RESULTS: The isolating rate of acinetobacter baumannii in our hospital increased year by year over the five years,with year-on-year increase in drug resistance rates.Acinetobacter baumannii had lowest resistance to cefoperazone/sulbactam,but its resistance rates to all the other antibiotics were as high as 72%.CONCLUSION: Acinetobacter baumannii are highly resistant to antibiotics,therefore,measures should be taken to tighten control on the use of antibiotics to improve the level of rational use of antibiotics.
