2007—2011年卫生部北京医院调节血脂药应用分析

目的：分析2007—2011年卫生部北京医院调节血脂药利用情况及发展趋势。方法：对2007—2011年我院使用的口服调节血脂药的销售金额排序、用药频度（DDDs）、限定日费用（DDC）及分类排序进行统计分析。结果：我院口服调节血脂药销售金额、DDDs均呈逐年上升趋势。5年来他汀类调节血脂药销售金额和DDDs排序一直居第1位,占我院调节血脂药的主导地位,烟酸及其衍生物、贝丁酸类销售金额和DDDs排序分别居第2、3位,其他各类药未见明显变化。结论：我院口服调节血脂药的应用情况与国内总体用药情况基本相符,也符合目前调节血脂药用药原则。

Utilization of Lipid-regulating Drugs in Beijing Hospital of Ministry of Health During 2007-2011

OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the utilization status and tendency of lipid-regulating drugs in Beijing Hospital of Ministry of Health during the period 2007-2011.METHODS: The oral lipid-regulating drugs used between 2007 and 2011 in Beijing Hospital of Ministry of Health were analyzed statistically with regard to the ranking of consumption sum,DDDs and the daily drug cost(DDC) etc.RESULTS: The consumption sum and DDDs of oral lipid-regulating drugs in our hospital increased year by year,with statins topping the list over the five years on the lists of consumption sum and DDDs,followed by niacin acid and its derivatives and fibrates,with little change noted for other drugs.CONCLUSION: The utilization of lipid-regulating drugs in our hospital was in line with both the general drug use tendency in China and the current medication principles for lipid-regulation drugs.
