抗菌药物临床应用专项治理效果与考核指标评价体系的研究进展

目的:促进临床合理应用抗菌药物。方法:分析2011年新疆伊犁州奎屯医院抗菌药物临床应用情况,评价我院抗菌药物临床应用专项整治进展效果。结果:比较专项整治前后临床各科抗菌药物的使用率、品规数、金额、强度、围术期使用情况、病原菌送检率等,统计结果显示有显著性差异。结论:我院抗菌药物临床应用专项整治措施得力,进展良好,效果明显,多数指标达到或接近卫生部《抗菌药物临床应用专项整治活动》的要求。抗菌药物临床应用专项整治是规范抗菌药物临床应用、提高医疗机构合理用药水平的有效措施。

Outcome of Specific Rectification Program on Clinical Rational Use of Antibiotics and Research Progress on The Index Evaluation System

OBJECTIVE:To promote clinical rational use of antibacterials.METHODS:We analyzed the antibiotic use in Xinjiang Yilizhou Kuitun Hospital during 2011 and evaluated the outcome of the specific rectification program on clinical use of antibacterials.RESULTS:The statistical results revealed statistical differences before and after carrying out the program with regard to the rate of antibiotic use,number of specifications,consumption sum,drug use intensity,perioperative use and rate of pathogen inspection.CONCLUSION:The specific rectification program on clinical use of antibacterials in our hospital went smoothly showing remarkable efficacy in that most indexes were up to the requirement specified in the Specific Rectification Program of Ministry of Health on Clinical Use of Antibacterials.The specific rectification program on clinical use of antibacterials serves as an effective measure for standardizing clinical use of antibiotics and improving rational drug use level in medical institutions.
