| 摘 要： | 目的:分析我院抗抑郁药应用情况及发展趋势,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:对我院2008—2010年抗抑郁药的品种、销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、限定日费用(DDC)等进行统计、分析。结果:抗抑郁药的销售金额、DDDs呈逐年上升趋势,选择性5-羟色胺(5-HT)再摄取抑制剂(SSRI)成为临床一线抗抑郁药,近3年DDDs排序前3位的抗抑郁药为盐酸帕罗西汀、氢溴酸西酞普兰和盐酸舍曲林。结论:我院抗抑郁药使用基本合理,SSRI成为抗抑郁首选药。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: To investigate the status quo of the consumption and developmental tendency of antidepressants in our hospital for clinical references of rational drug use.METHODS: The drug categories,consumption sum,DDDs and DDC of antidepressants in our hospital during 2008-2010 were analyzed statistically.RESULTS: The consumption sum and DDDs of the antidepressants increased year by year.Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors(SSRI) have become the first line antidepressants.The top three antidepressants on the list of DDDs were paroxetine hydrochloride,citalopram hydrobromide and sertraline hydrochloride over the 3 years.CONCLUSION: The use of antidepressants in our hospital was rational on the whole.SSRI have become the antidepressants of first choice. |
