2008—2010年我院门诊患者氟喹诺酮类药应用分析

目的:了解我院氟喹诺酮类抗菌药物的应用情况。方法:对我院氟喹诺酮类药的品种、销售金额、科室分布、用药频度(DDDs)、药物利用指数(DUI)等进行统计分析。结果:我院氟喹诺酮类药的使用主要集中在呼吸内科、泌尿外科、消化内科和妇科,其中左氧氟沙星的销售金额和DDDs均居第1位。从DUI和抗菌药物联用情况看,氟喹诺酮类药的使用仍存在一定的不合理性。结论:随着氟喹诺酮类药大量使用,应严格控制其使用量及限定适用范围,延缓细菌耐药性的产生。

Outpatient Utilization of Quinolones in Our Hospital During 2008-2010

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the utilization of quinolones in outpatients of our hospital.METHODS: The varieties,consumption sum,department distribution,DDDs and drug utilization index(DUI) of quinolones in our hospital were analyzed statistically.RESULTS: quinolones was mainly used in the patients from the department of respiratory diseases,the urinary surgery,the department of digestive diseases,or the department of gynecology.Of all the quinolones use,levofloxacin dominated the first place in terms of both consumption sum and DDDs.The DUI and combined use of antibiotics were somewhat irrational.CONCLUSION: Given the increasing consumption of quinolones,it is urgent to tighten control on the consumption amount and scope of application of quinolones in an attempt to delay the emergence of bacterial drug resistance.
