| 摘 要： | 目的:了解我院门诊麻醉性镇痛药的应用情况,并评价其合理性。方法:对我院2007—2010年门诊麻醉性镇痛药用量、金额、用药频度(DDDs)进行统计、排序和分析。结果:我院历年麻醉性镇痛药销售金额的年增长趋势与肿瘤患者收治人数变化趋势相一致,各品种金额排序保持相对稳定。结论:我院门诊麻醉性镇痛药使用合理,管理符合规定。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: To analyze the utilization of narcotic analgesics in the outpatients of our hospital and evaluate its rationality.METHODS: The outpatient use of narcotic analgesics in our hospital from 2007 to 2010 was statistically analyzed and ranked with regard to the consumption amount,consumption sum and DDDs.RESULTS: The average annual growth rate of narcotics analgesics in consumption sum was in line with the variation trend in the number of tumor patients admitted,and the rank of consumption sum of all categories of narcotic analgesics remained stable.CONCLUSION: The use of narcotics analgesics in our hospital is reasonable,and the management on which is up to the standard. |
