脉血康胶囊对脑梗死的疗效观察及对患者纤维蛋白原的影响

目的:观察脉血康胶囊对脑梗死患者的临床治疗效果。方法:将160例脑梗死患者以随机抽样法分成治疗组和对照组,2组给予丹参注射液和拜阿司匹林治疗14 d,治疗组加用脉血康胶囊,随后的3个月对照组单用拜阿司匹林,治疗组同时加用脉血康胶囊。结果:治疗后2组神经系统功能缺损评分均有所下降,治疗组下降更明显,治疗组患者的纤维蛋白原水平明显下降,血液流变学有明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:脉血康胶囊治疗脑梗死疗效确切,能降低患者的纤维蛋白原水平,改善血液流变学,改善患者的预后。

Efficacy of Maixuekang Capsules for Cerebral Infarction and Its Effects on Fibrinogen

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the clinical efficacy of Maixuekang in treating cerebral infarction.METHODS: A total of 160 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Both groups received aspirin and Danshen injection for 14 days with the treatment group receiving add-on Maixuekang.Then the control group received aspirin alone while the treatment received add-on Maixuekang for 3 months.RESULTS: After treatment,the neurologic impairment scores of all patients had reduction,much as in the treatment group;and the treatment group showed significant reduction in fibrinogen level and significant improvement in blood rheology(P<0.05).CONCLUSION: Maixuekang capsule has proved efficacy for patients with cerebral infarction in that it can reduce the fibrinogen level,improve blood rheology and patients’ prognosis.
