2007—2011年中山大学附属东华医院调节血脂药应用分析

目的:回顾性分析2007—2011年我院调节血脂药应用状况及趋势,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:对2007—2011年我院调节血脂药的销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)及限定日费用(DDC)等进行统计、分析,利用排序比对药物的同步相关性进行比较。结果:他汀类药的DDDs和销售金额占调节血脂药的百分比较高,并呈逐年大幅上升趋势;2009—2011年阿托伐他汀销售金额和DDDs均居首位,呈逐年大幅增长趋势,并且同步性良好。结论:我院调节血脂药使用基本合理,符合调节血脂药的发展趋势。

Utilization of Lipid-regulating Drugs in Donghua Hospital Affiliated to Sun Yat-sen University During 2007-2011

OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the status quo and the variation tendency of the application of lipid-regulating drugs in our hospital during 2007-2011 so as to provide references for clinical rational use of these drugs.METHODS: The consumption sum,DDDs and DDC of the lipid-regulating drugs used in our hospital during 2007-2011 were analyzed statistically.The synchronous correlation in application of the lipid-regulating drugs was evaluated by using the ratio of serial numbers.RESULTS: In terms of DDDs and consumption sum,statins showed great proportion among the lipid-regulating agents use and which experienced sharp increase year by year.From 2009 to 2011,the consumption sum and DDDs of atovastatin ranked at the first place and increased sharply year-on-yea with good synchronization.CONCLUSION: The use of blood-lipid regulating drugs used in our hospital is basically rational and in line with the development trend of lipid-regulating drugs.
