对临床引发药品不良反应的主要品种分析及对策

目的:分析当前引发药品不良反应的主要品种类别,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:查阅近2年506例有关药品不良反应的综合报告,涉及文章50余篇。对检索出药品不良反应相关数据进行统计分析,列举不良反应的药品主要类别、例数、多发药品及临床表现。结果:在引发药品不良反应/事件中,抗感染药和中药制剂在药品品种数上稳居前2位。结论:应严格按照《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》合理使用抗菌药物,同时应规范中药制剂的临床使用,并加强有关中药安全用药知识的普及,从而保障患者用药安全、有效。

Analysis of Major Varieties of Drugs with Adverse Drug Reactions and Countermeasures

OBJECTIVE: To analyze the major varieties of drugs with adverse drug reactions(ADRs) in General Hospital of Beijing Military Command so as to provide reference for clinical rational drug use.METHODS: A total of 506 ADR cases reported in over 50 papers in recent 2 years were reviewed.The related data collected were analyzed statistically in respect of the varieties of drugs involved in ADR,number of cases,drugs with frequent ADR and clinical manifestation etc.RESULTS: In the 506 ADR events,anti-infective drugs and traditional Chinese medicines dominated the first two places stably in terms of number of number of varieties.CONCLUSION: Antibiotics should be used in rationally in accordance with the "Guiding Principles Of clinical use of antibiotics",meanwhile,the clinical use of Chinese medicine preparations should be standardized,and popularization of the knowledge on safe use of Chinese medicines should be strengthened in order to ensure safe and effective drug use for patients.
