| 摘 要： | 目的:全面掌握我院抗菌药物的使用情况,进一步加强抗菌药物的使用管理,更好地为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:分别统计2008—2010年我院住院患者抗菌药物占全部药品的比例情况及抗菌药物的使用强度,并以用药频度(DDDs)排序列出前20位药品。以随机抽样法抽取2010年出院病例1 075份,统计联合用药及药敏试验情况,综合分析我院抗菌药物的使用情况。结果:我院抗菌药物使用比例及使用强度明显偏高。结论:我院住院患者存在抗菌药物不合理使用情况,还需进一步改进。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: To probe into the antibiotic use in our hospital and strengthen management on the antibiotic use in order to provide references for rational use of antibioticsl.METHODS: The annual antibiotic use in the inpatients of our hospital during 2008-2010 was analyzed in respect of the proportion of the antibiotics in the total,the use density of antibiotics and the top 20 antibiotics on DDDs list.1 075 discharge case histories in 2010 were collected randomly for statistical analysis of drug combination and drug susceptibility test and aggregate analysis of antibiotic use.RESULTS: The proportion and use density of antibiotics in our hospital were obviously on the high side.CONCLUSION: The antibiotic use in our hospital is irrational to some extent,which thus remains to be improved further. |
