慢性肾功能不全患者合理应用抗菌药物情况分析

目的:了解武警广东总队医院慢性肾功能不全患者抗菌药物临床应用情况,为提高抗菌药物合理应用水平提供理论依据。方法:对我院2009年1月—2010年12月慢性肾功能不全患者使用抗菌药物的情况进行回顾性分析。结果:调查病例139例,其中需要剂量调整的为86例,已调整的占需调整的37.2%(32/86);肌酐清除率(Ccr)<10 mL.min-1组调整率最高,为51.7%。结论:大部分医生具备慢性肾功能不全患者应用抗菌药物应根据患者肾功能情况进行剂量调整的意识,但需加强宣传学习抗菌药物知识。

Rationality in Antibiotic Use in Patients with Chronic Renal Insufficiency

OBJECTIVE: To probe into the clinical use of antibiotics in patients with chronic renal insufficiency in Guangdong General Hospital of People’s Armed Polices so as to provide theoretic basis for improving clinical rational drug use.METHODS: The antibiotic use in patients with chronic renal insufficiency in our hospital from January 2009 to December 2010 were analyzed retrospectively.RESULTS: In the total 139 cases reviewed,the doses for 86 awaited adjusting,and the doses in only 37.2%(32/86) have been adjusted,of whom,the patients whose creatinine clearance rate(Ccr) was <10 mL·min-1 took the lead with 51.7%.CONCLUSION: Most of the physicians have the knowledge that the doses of antibiotics for patients with chronic renal insufficiency should be adjusted based on patients’ renal function;however,the propaganda and learning about the knowledge of antibiotics remains to be intensified.
