热毒宁注射液治疗疱疹性咽峡炎的Meta分析

目的:评价热毒宁注射液治疗疱疹性咽峡炎的疗效和安全性。方法:检索并选取国内公开发表的有关热毒宁注射液治疗疱疹性咽峡炎的随机、对照试验研究,纳入试验的质量用Jadad计分表评价,对纳入试验的疗效作Meta分析。结果:10项研究经Meta分析结果显示,热毒宁注射液组在退热时间、疱疹消退时间、显效率及总有效率方面均优于对照组。结论:热毒宁注射液治疗疱疹性咽峡炎有较好疗效,且不良反应发生率低,但由于现有研究质量较差,尚需设计严谨的多中心、大样本的随机、对照试验来进一步证实。

Meta-analysis of Reduning Injection in The Treatment of Herpangina

OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Reduning injection in the treatment of herpangina.METHODS: The randomized controlled trials(RCT) of Reduning injection in the treatment of herpangina published in domestic journals were retrieved and evaluated qualitatively using Jadad score sheet,with curative efficacy of the RCT undergoing meta-analysis.RESULTS: The meta-analysis on 10 RCT showed that Reduning injection-treated group was better than control group in terms of the time to pyretolysis,the time to herpes regression,the excellently effective rate and the total effective rate.CONCLUSION: Reduning injection had better therapeutic effect yet low frequency of adverse drug reaction in treating herpangina.However,due to the poor quality of the present RCT,well-designed and large-scale sample randomized control trials are needed to verify the results.
