复方苦参注射液联合长春瑞滨+顺铂方案治疗非小细胞肺癌的临床观察

目的:观察复方苦参注射液联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的疗效与不良反应。方法:106例拟接受化疗的非小细胞肺癌患者,以随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组化疗同时给予复方苦参注射液静脉滴注,对照组仅给予化疗。化疗方案(NP):长春瑞滨25 mg·m-2,d1、8静脉滴注;顺铂25 mg·m-2,d1～3静脉滴注,21 d为1个周期,2个周期为1个疗程。结果:2组患者中,治疗组在近期疗效、卡氏评分、控制疼痛及不良反应等方面都优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:NP方案联合中药复方苦参注射液治疗非小细胞肺癌疗效稳定,能提高近期临床疗效,减轻化疗不良反应,改善患者生存质量。

Addition of Compound Kushen Injection to Vinorelbine Plus Cisplatin for Patients with Non-small Cell Lung Cancer: Clinical Observation

OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of complound Kushen injection combined with chemotherapy in patients with advanced nonsmall-cell lung cancer(NSCLC).METHODS: A total of 106 NSCLC patients were randomly assigned to either control group(receiving chemotherapy alone) or trial group(with add-on compound Kushen injection).The chemotherapy(NP chemotherapy) consisted of vinorelbine(NVB) 25 mg·m-2 on day 1 and day 8 plus cisplatin(DDP) 25 mg·m-2 from day 1 to day 3 by intravenous drip infusion for 2 cycles(1 cycle was defined as treatment of 21 days).RESULTS: The treatment group was superior to the control group in short-term response rate,KPS score,pain management and adverse reaction(P<0.05).CONCLUSION: Addition of Kushen injection to NP chemotherapy resulted in stable curative efficacy,improved short-term response rate,attenuated side effects and improved quality of life in patients with NSCLC.
