我院抗菌药物临床应用调查分析

目的:了解我院抗菌药物临床应用现状和存在的问题,促进临床合理应用抗菌药物。方法:采用回顾性调查分析方法,对我院2010年1 955份出院病历进行抗菌药物应用情况分析。结果:抗菌药物使用率为70.43%(1 377/1 955);临床科室儿科的使用率最高,中医科使用率最低;静脉给药1 122例(81.49%),口服给药255例(18.51%);病原体培养及药敏试验的送检率为15.61%(215/1 377),普外科送检比例最高。结论:我院抗菌药物使用仍以经验用药为主,应加强管理。

Survey and Analysis on Clinical Application of Antibiotics in Our Hospital

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the status quo and problems of clinical utilization of antibiotics in our hospital so as to promote the rational use of antibiotics.METHODS: By a retrospective study,a total of 1 955 case histories of patients who had been discharged form hospital were reviewed in 2010 in respect of the use of antibiotics.RESULTS: 70.43%(1 377/1 955) had been treated with antibiotics,with pediatric patients showing the highest rate of antibiotic use and the patients from department of traditional Chinese medicine the lowest rate of antibiotic use;antibiotics were administered intravenously in 1 122(81.49%) and orally in 255(18.51%);pathogen culture and susceptibility test were performed in 15.61%(215/1 377),with general surgery department patients showing the highest rates of pathogen culture and susceptibility test.CONCLUSION: The use of antibiotics in our hospital is mostly based on experience.Measures should be taken to tighten control on the administration of antibiotics.
