2008—2010年我院住院部麻醉药品应用分析

目的:了解我院麻醉药品应用情况及趋势,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:利用药库和住院药房微机管理系统,以药物利用指数(DUI)为分析指标对2008—2010年住院患者麻醉药品的用药数量、用药天数、用药频度(DDDs)及用药科室等情况进行统计分析。结果:我院麻醉药品使用数量逐年增加,芬太尼和瑞芬太尼注射液的DDDs、DUI值逐年缓慢增加,吗啡注射液用量增长最大,哌替啶注射液用量平稳下降;肿瘤患者镇痛以使用吗啡制剂为主。结论:我院贯彻《麻醉药品和精神药品管理条例》和对世界卫生组织(WHO)的《癌症三阶梯止痛治疗原则》落实较好,麻醉药品在我院的使用基本合理,但仍存在不合理现象,有待改进。

Analysis of Narcotic Use in Our Hospital During 2008-2010

OBJECTIVE: To probe into the status quo and tendency of the narcotic use in our hospital for references of clinical rational use of narcotics.METHODS: By using microcomputer management system in both drug store and inpatient pharmacy,the narcotic use regarding the consumption quantity,number of days of narcotic use,DDDs and the departments in which narcotics were used during the period 2008-2010 were analyzed statistically by using the drug utilization index(DUI).RESULTS: The consumption quantity of narcotics in our hospital increased year by year.Both the DDDs and the DUI of Fentanyl injection and Remifentanil injection increased year by year.Morphine injections took the lead in terms of growth rate in consumption quantity.The consumption quantity of Pethidine injection showed a steady decrease.Morphine preparations were the predominant analgesic drugs for used for tumor patients.CONCLUSION: The use of narcotic drugs in our hospital is essentially reasonable and which is in line with the Management Regulations on Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Drugs and the Three Ladder Analgesic Treatment Programs of Cancer recommenced by WHO;however,the narcotic use has some problems that remain to be tackled.
