2009—2011年马鞍山市疾病预防控制中心氟喹诺酮类抗菌药物应用分析

目的:分析该中心氟喹诺酮类抗菌药物的应用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:统计该中心2009—2011年氟喹诺酮类抗菌药物的数量与金额,采用限定日剂量(DDD)法计算用药频度(DDDs)、限定日费用(DDC)以及销售金额与DDDs的序号比。结果:近3年来,DDDs、金额排序及序号比变化不大;左氧氟沙星和帕珠沙星的DDDs逐年上升,洛美沙星和培氟沙星的DDDs较平稳,而加替沙星、氧氟沙星、诺氟沙星的DDDs逐年下降;DDC在0.35～49.86之间,呈逐年下降趋势。结论:该中心氟喹诺酮类抗菌药物应用基本合理,但仍应加强该类药品的应用管理,促进合理用药,提高临床用药水平。

Utilization Review of Fluoroquinolones in Maanshan Center for Disease Control and Prevention During 2009-2011

OBJECTIVE: To analyze the application of fluoroquinolones in Maanshan Centre for Disease Control and Prevention and provide a reference for the clinical use of fluoroquinolones.METHODS: The consumption quantity and consumption sum of fluoroquinolones in Maanshan Center for Disease Control and Prevention during 2009-2011 were analyzed,and the defined daily doses(DDDs) was used as index for computing DDDs,defined daily cost(DDC) and the serial number ratio of consumption sum to DDDs.RESULTS: Over the 3 years,the ranking of DDDs and consumption sum and the serial number ratio of consumption sum to DDDs witnessed little change;the DDDs of levofloxacin and pazufloxacin increased year by year,yet the DDDs of lomefloxacin and pefloxacin remained stable,and those of gatifloxacin,ofloxacin and norfloxacin declined year by year.DDC ranged between 0.35 and 49.86,showing year-on-year decreasing tendency.CONCLUSION: The use of fluoroquinolones in this center is reasonable on the whole,but management on the application of which should be strengthened to promote rational drug use and improve the level of clinical drug use.
