个性化舒适护理干预对冠状动脉旁路移植术患者生活质量及心理状况的影响

目的探讨个性化舒适护理干预对冠状动脉旁路移植术患者生活质量及心理状况的影响。方法选取我院80例行冠状动脉移植术的患者,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上给予个性化舒适护理;采用世界卫生组织制订的生存质量测定表（WHO-QOL）,以及焦虑自评量表（SAS）和抑郁自评量表（SDS）对两组患者心理感受和身体症状进行测评。结果术后观察组生理功能、心理状态、独立性、社会关系、环境及总生活质量评分均显著高于对照组（均P〈0.01）;两组患者术后SAS及SDS评分与术前比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,并且观察组术后SAS及SDS评分明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论个性化舒适护理改善了患者的不良心理状态,加速了病情恢复,提高了生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Impact of nursing intervention on the quality of life of patients treated by coronary artery bypass grafting

Objective To discuss the impact of nursing intervention on the quality of life of patients treated by coronary artery bypass grafting.Methods 80 patients treated by coronary artery bypass grafting in our hospital were selected,and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 40 cases in each group.The patients of control group were given conventional nursing,and the observation group was given personalized comfortable nursing based on the nursing of control group;WHO-QOL,SAS and SDS were used to evaluate the mentality and physical symptoms of two groups.Results The scores of physiological function,psychological states,independence,social relations,environment and the total quality of life in the observation group were higher than that of control group after operation(all P < 0.05);there were significant differences between the scores of SAS and SDS of two groups after operation which compared with before operation(P < 0.05),then the scores of SAS and SDS of observation group after operation were higher than that of control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion Personalized comfortable nursing can improve patients’ bad psychological state,prompte the illness recovery,improve the quality of life,so it is worthy of use in clinic.
