| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨焦作市第二人民医院药品不良反应(ADR)发生的特点及一般规律。方法:对我院2010年1月—2011年12月收集上报的211例ADR报告进行分类统计分析。结果:涉及药品以抗病原微生物药居多,共101例,占47.20%;给药途径以静脉滴注居多,共187例,占87.20%;ADR累及器官和(或)系统以皮肤及其附件的损害居多,共154例,占58.78%。结论:医务人员应深入开展不良反应监测工作,促进临床合理用药。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To study the characteristics and regularity of adverse drug reaction(ADR) in Jiaozuo Municipal Second Peoples’ Hospital.METHODS: A total of 211 ADR cases collected in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2011 were classified and analyzed statistically.RESULTS: Of the total 330 ADR cases,101(47.20%) were induced by antimicrobial drugs and 87.20% induced by intravenous route.The ADR manifested predominantly as lesions of skin and its appendants,accounting for 58.78%(154 cases).CONCLUSION: Medical staff should strengthen ADR monitoring to promote rational use of drugs. |
