| 摘 要： | 目的:了解药品不良反应(ADR)的特点,加强临床医师用药安全的意识,减少ADR的发生,促进临床合理用药。方法:收集我院2010年1—12月的745例ADR报告,从发生ADR患者的年龄分布、引起ADR的药品种类、ADR的类型及主要临床表现等方面进行统计分析。结果:745例ADR患者中,10岁以下儿童有205例,占27.52%;抗病原微生物药引起的ADR最为多见,有510例,占68.46%;皮肤及其附件损害最多,有462例,占50.83%。结论:应加强对抗菌药物的合理应用,继续做好ADR的收集和报告工作。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: To study the characteristics of the adverse drug reactions(ADR) in our hospital,strengthen clinicians’ consciousness on medication safety in an effort to reduce the frequency ADR.METHODS: A total of 745 ADR cases reported in our hospital during the Nov.-Dec.period of 2010 were statistically analyzed with regard to patients’ age,categories of drugs that induced ADR,ADR types and major clinical manifestation.RESULTS: Of the total 274 cases,205(27.52%) were children aged below 10 years;510(68.46%) were induced by antimicrobial drugs,and 462(50.83%) presented with lesion of skin and its appendants.CONCLUSION: It is important to strengthen rational administration of antibacterials and pay continuing effort in ADR case collecting and reporting. |
