还原型谷胱甘肽联合前列腺素E_1治疗慢性乙肝效果观察

目的　探讨治疗慢性乙型肝炎 (CHB)及抗肝纤维化的有效方法。方法　采用还原型谷胱甘肽 (GSH)联合前列腺素E1(PGE1)静脉滴注治疗CHB患者 112例 (治疗组 ) ,并与单用PGE1治疗 98例 (对照组 )进行比较 ,观察两组治疗前后血清Ⅲ型前胶原 (PCⅢ )、透明质酸 (HA)、层粘连蛋白 (LN)、Ⅳ型胶原 (Ⅳ -C)及肝功能 (ALT、AST、TBil)等指标变化情况。结果　治疗组临床疗效及肝功能改善明显优于对照组 (P均 <0 .0 1) ,而血清肝纤维化指标变化两组比较差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论　GSH和PGE1联合治疗CHB有较好的疗效 ,PGE1具有较好的抗肝纤维化作用 ,而GSH对肝纤维化的作用不突出。

The clinical effect of reduced form glutathione combined with prostaglandin E1 (PGE1)in treatment of chronic hepatitis B

Objective To explore an effective therapy for chronic hepatitis B (CHB) and anti-liver fibrosis. Methods 112 patients with CHB (treatment group) were treated with reduced form glutathione (GSH) combined with prostaglandin E 1 (PGE 1) in the means of intravenous drop injection,and an effect comparison to 98 patients (control group) who were only given PGE1 had been done. Then the changing of indexes of serum hyaluronidase (HA),type Ⅲ procollagen (Pc Ⅲ),laminin (LN),type Ⅳ collagen (Ⅳ-C) and liver function (ALT,AST,TBil) before and after the treatment were observed. Results After treatment,the therapeutic effects and liver function amelioration in the treatment group were superior to those in the control group (all the P<0.01),and the serum liver fibrosis indexes changes were almost the same in comparison between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion GSH combined with PGE1 in treatment of CHB is effective. PGE1 is satisfactory in anti-liver fibrosis. And GSH is ineffective in anti-liver fibrosis.
