| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨甲基强的松龙冲击治疗重症药疹的临床效果。方法：将45例重症药疹病人随机分成甲基强的松龙治疗组和地塞米松对照组，治疗组20例给予甲基强的松龙冲击治疗，对照组25例给予地塞米松。结果：治疗组病人治疗时间明显短于对照组（P〈0．05），而药物副作用无明显差异（P〉0．05）。结论：甲基强的松龙冲击疗法治疗重症药疹疗效好，病情在短时间内得到明显的控制，缩短了病程。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the effect of medron impact treatment on severe drug eruption.Method:The 45 patients were divided into 2 groups at random.The treatment group was treated by medron,and the control group was treated by corson.Result:The treatment group was better than the control group in shortening the time of therapy obviously(P<0.05),and there was no difference on side reaction(P>0.05).Conclusion:Medron impact treatment has good effect on severe drug eruption.It can control the state of the illness in short time,and shorten the course of disease. |
