| 摘 要： | 用强力抗老液治疗９３例中老年脾肾虚患者（男性５９例，女性３４例；年龄５７±ｓ７ａ），剂量１０ｍＬ，ｐｏ，ｂｉｄ，９０ｄ为一个疗程。结果：该药可降低血清过氧化脂质（ＬＰＯ）含量（治疗前６．９±２．８ｎｍｏｌ／ｍＬ，治疗后４．８±１．６ｎｍｏｌ／ｍＬ）；增加超氧化物歧化酶（ＳＯＤ）含量（稀释倍数治疗前３１±３，治疗后９１．０±２．０），自身对照经ｔ检验Ｐ值均＜０．０１。脾、肾虚症状改善显效率为５１％，总有效率为９３％。

| Abstract: | Ninety-three patients (M 59, F 34; aged 57±s 7a)of spleen insufficiency and kidney deficiency were treated with Qiang-li-kang-lao-ye(Lycium chinense,polygonum multiflorum, Epimedium brevicornum,Astragalus membranaceus) 10 mL, po, bid for 90 d.Results showed significant reduction of serum LPO from 6.9±2.8 nmol/mL before to 4.8±1.6 nmol/mL after therapy; SOD dilution times increaed from 31±3 before to 91.0±2.0 after therapy. The response rate was 51% and total effective rate was 93%.No adverse reactions were seen. |
