老年喉癌患者血清可溶性白细胞介素2受体和肿瘤坏死因子水平的研究

目的研究血清可溶性白细胞介素2受体(sIL-2R)和肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)水平在老年人喉癌中的临床意义.方法应用单克隆、多克隆双抗体夹心ELISA检测了27例老年喉鳞癌患者sIL-2R和TNF-α水平.结果老年喉癌患者sIL-2R水平较良性组或正常人显著升高(P＜0.001),与喉癌淋巴结转移、临床分型亦密切相关;喉癌患者TNF-α水下只有Ⅳ期显著高于良性组或正常人(P＜0.05).结论血清sIL-2R水下检测可做为老年人喉癌诊断的一项辅助指标,并有助于了解喉癌的大小,临床进程及生物学行为(如淋巴结转移等);TNF-α在介导喉癌的恶病质方面起重要作用.

Examination of serum levels of SIL-2R and TNF-α in aged patients with laryngeal carcinoma

Objective:To evaluate clinical significance of serum levels of soluble Interleukin 2 Receptor( sIL-2R)and Tumor Necrosis Factor(TNF-α )in aged patients with laryngeal squamous carcinoma.Methods:The sandwich enzyme-linked imnunosobent assay with monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies was used to measure the serum Levels of slL-2R and TNF-α in 27 aged patients with laryngeal carcinoma(group A),19 patients with laryngeal benign lesion(group B)and 25 healthy subjects(group C).Results:SIL-2R levels in group A showed a signiticant difference compared with group B and group C( P ＜ 0.001 ).In group A,the serum sIL-2R levels compactly correlated with clinical staging and lynphonodus metastasis.Only TNF-α levels in aged patients with laryngeal carcinoma in stage Ⅳ were significantly higher than those in stage I ,group B and group C(P ＜0.05 ).Conclusions:Serum slL-2R levels can serve as an assistant index in diagnosis and can help evaluate the bulk,clinical development and biological behavior of aged laryngeal carcinoma.TNF-α may play an important role in inducing cachexia in aged laryngeal carcinoma.
