直切口小骨窗开颅治疗老年高血压脑出血48例分析

目的：探讨直切口小骨窗开颅治疗老年高血压脑出血的手术方法及疗效。方法：对直切口小骨窗开颅治疗老年高血压脑出血48例临床病例资料进行回顾性分析。结果：术后12h内复查头颅CT,血肿清除均达80%以上。根据日常生活能力评分（activitiesof daily living,ADL）分级,手术后随访3～6个月,I级10例,II级14例,III级10例,IV级4例,V级2例,VI级8例。结论：老年高血压脑出血病情严重,但是高龄不是手术禁忌,采用直切口小骨窗开颅治疗老年高血压脑出血可以降低病死率,提高生活质量。
