甲硝唑与替硝唑治疗滴虫性阴道炎的成本-效果分析

目的评价甲硝唑与替硝唑两种药品治疗滴虫性阴道炎的疗效、不良反应及成本-效果[1,2].方法将60例滴虫性阴道炎患者随机分成2组,分别口服甲硝唑(治疗组)和替硝唑(对照组),对甲硝唑与替硝唑治疗滴虫性阴道炎的疗效、不良反应并运用药物经济学成本效果分析法及成本进行评价.结果甲硝唑与替硝唑治疗滴虫性阴道炎的总有效率基本相同,分别为93.33%和96.67%(P＞0.05);不良反应发生率分别为30.00%和6.67%(P＜0.05);成本-效果比分别为0.0557和0.2772(P＜0.01).结论甲硝唑与替硝唑均能有效治疗滴虫性阴道炎.不良反应发生率甲硝唑与替硝唑有显著性差异.成本-效果比甲硝唑优于替硝唑.

Cost-effectiveness analysis of metronidazole and tinidazole to treat the trichomonas vaginitis

Aim To estimate the curative effect, adverse reaction and cost effectiveness of metronidazole and tinidazole for treatment of trichomonas vaginitis. Methods 60 patients with trichomonas vaginitis were randomly divided into groups for treatment with oral metronidazole (the treatment group ) or oral tinidazole (the control group) respectively. Their curative effects and the adverse reactions were observed,meanwhile both cost effectiveness of them were evaluated by pharmacoeconomics.Results The effective ratios were 93 33% and 96 67% ( P >0 05) for trichomonas vaginitis. The ratio of the adverse reaction was 30 00% for metronidazole and 6 67% for tinidazole( P <0 05). The cost effectiveness ratio of metronidazole was 0 0557 and 0 2772 for tinidazole( P <0 01). Conclusion Both of metronidazole and tinidazole can treat the trichomonas vaginitis effectively. The adverse reaction ratio of metronidazole has statistical difference with that of tinidazole. The cost effectiveness ratio of metronidazole is lower than that of tinidazole.
