腹式和阴式子宫切除术的临床效果比较

目的比较腹式和阴式子宫切除术患者的恢复情况，探讨两者的优缺点。方法回顾性分析比较腹式和阴式子宫切除术患者的手术时间、术中出血量、恢复肛门排气时间、术后病率及术后住院天数。结果两者均顺利完成手术。结论子宫切除术式的选择，只要术前认真检查，选择符合相应术式指征患者，无论选取腹式或阴式子宫切除术均能顺利完成，但在条件允许的情况下，优先考虑阴式子宫切除术。

Comparison study on curative effect of transabdominal hysterectomy and transvaginal hysterectomy

Objective： To compare the recovery condition after transabdominal hysterectomy（TAH） and transvaginal hysterectomy （TVH）,and to investigate their advantages and disadvantages. Methods： The clinical datas of the patients undergone the TAH or TVH were analyzed retrospectively, the datas included the operation time, the intraoperative blood loss, the anus exhaust time after operation, the rate of complication after operation and the time of hospitalization.Results：The operations of two groups were performed successfully. Conclusion： Intensive preoperative examination and the the right operative pattern are the key to perform the operation successfully. If the condition permits, TVH should be priority chosen.
