右心导管诊断肺动脉高压（附10例报告）

目的通过右心导管诊断肺动脉高压,并监测用药前后肺动脉压力的变化,从而评价右心导管在诊断肺动脉高压中的价值。方法通过右心导管诊断10例肺动脉高压患者,分别测量他们用药（西地那非或地尔硫卓）前后的肺动脉压力。结果 10例肺动脉高压患者,其中急性肺血管反应试验阳性者1例。急性肺血管反应试验阳性患者应用钙离子拮抗剂地尔硫卓12周后再次测肺动脉压力明显下降,另外9例患者均接受西地那非治疗,治疗12周后再次通过右心导管术测定其肺动脉压力,其较用药前均有不同程度的下降。结论右心导管在诊断肺动脉高压以及监测治疗前后肺动脉压力的变化中有重要价值。

Diagnosis of pulmonary hypertension 10 cases with right heart catheterization

Objective To diagnose pulmonary arterial hypertension by right heart catheterization,and monitor the pressure of pulmonary arterial before and after treatment,to evaluate the value of right heart catheterization in diagnosing pulmonary arterial hypertension.Methods We selected 10 pulmonary arterial hypertension patients randomly,The pressure of pulmonary arterial of were measured by conducted right heart catheterization before and after treatment.Results There have 1 acute pulmonary vascular reaction experiment positive case in 10 cases of patients with pulmonary arterial hypertension.Pressure of pulmonary arterial of pulmonary vascular reaction test positive patient after treated were significantly decrease than that before treated,the pressure of pulmonary arterial of other 9 ptaients after treated 12 weeks with Sildenafil is decrease obviesly.Conclusion Right heart catheterization have important value in diagnosing and monitoring pulmonary arterial hypertension.
