苯作业工人白细胞形态与吞噬发光功能的改变及其意义

探讨了苯作业工人白细胞形态与吞噬发光功能的改变及意义。根据末梢血白细胞计数 ,将作业工人分为A组 (白细胞计数≤ 4 5× 10 9/L)和B组 (白细胞计数 >4 5× 10 9/L)。对两组工人分别进行白细胞形态学观察和吞噬发光功能检测。结果表明 ,两组白细胞形态与功能的异常均显著高于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,其中以A组改变最甚 ;在脱离苯作业 2个月后 ,两组白细胞形态与吞噬发光功能的恢复快于白细胞计数的恢复。提示 ,苯作业工人白细胞形态与功能的改变早于白细胞数量的降低 ,也较敏感 ,可能对苯中毒的早期诊断有一定意义

Changes of Cytomorphology and Phago-Luminescence Function of White Blood Cell in Benzene Exposed Workers

In order to study the changes of the cytomorphology and phago-luminescence function of white blood cell(WBC)and their significance in benzene exposed workers,exposed workers were divided into two groups:group A(WBC count ≤4.5×109/L) and group B(WBC count ＞4.5×109/L).Cytomorphology of WBC was observed and phago-luminescence function of WBC was measured in both groups.Abnormal changes in cytomorphology and phago-luminescence function of WBC increased obviously in both groups,and most changes was observed in group A.After quitted the benzene exposure for two months,cytomorphology and phago-luminescence function recovered quicker than WBC count in both groups.The changes of cytomorphology and function of WBC appeared earlier and more sensitive than the WBC count,which might have significance in early diagnosis of benzene poisoning.
