壁细胞迷切加修补术治疗十二指肠溃疡穿孔（附22例报告）

对22例十二指肠球部溃疡急性穿孔患者行急诊穿孔修补加壁细胞迷切术，术后恢复良好，无腹腔感染等并发症发生，与择期壁细胞迷切术相比具有同样显著降酸效果和促进溃疡愈合作用。此项手术不仅解决了穿孔问题，而且同时去除了溃疡形成的高酸因素，一期手术即可达到治愈的目的，安全性大。

Parietal Cell Vagotomy in Combination With Repair of Duodenal Ulcer Perforation-Report of 22 Cases

Twenty-two patients with perforated duodenal ulcer were treated with parietal cell vagotomy and closure of perforation. All the patients recovered smoothly without abdominal infection after the oparation. Contrast to elective parietal cell vagotomy,emergency parietal cell vagotomy and closure of perfaration may also reduce the gastric acid secretion remarkably to promote the cure of duodenal ulcer. This operation not only repairs the perforation,but also removes the etiological factor of high gastric acid causing duodenal ulcer.
