矿物类药材炮制前后微量元素的变化研究

摘    要:目的探讨常用矿物类药材炮制前后微量元素的变化。方法采用传统煅法炮制自然铜、赤石脂、赭石、磁石、石膏,测定炮制前后微量元素的含量。结果 5种矿物类药材炮制后所含微量元素As,Cd,Hg,Pb均有不同程度的减少,Fe,Mn,Zn却大多增加。结论炮制后矿物类药材中所含有害元素的量均有不同程度的减少,而有益元素含量则有不同程度的增加。

Abstract:Objective To study the changes of mineral drugs before and after processing.Methods The traditional calcining method was used to process native copper,red halloysite,ochre,magnetite and plaster.The contents of trace elements before and after processing were determined.Results The containing trace elements(As,Cd,Hg,Pb) in 5 kinds of mineral drugs were decreased in different extent after processing.Conclusion After processing,the amounts of harmful elements in minerals drugs decrease in different degrees,while those of beneficial elements increase in different extents.
