中风伴吞咽困难时的肠内营养支持--能全力和高能要素的比较研究

目的：观察能全力在在中风伴吞咽困难时，肠内营养支持的疗效。方法：能全力高能要素组各３０例，比较两组肠内营养后恢复进食而拔管的时间、住院时间、住院期间营养状态及对中同的疗效。结果：能全力组拔管时间均明显短于高能要素组，能全力组３天内插管者的拔管时间短于本组３天后插管者。能全力组住院时间缩短，维持营养状态的效果好，对中风治疗有效率也高于高能要素组。结论：能全力是中风伴吞咽困难进行肠内营养的良好的营养剂

The enteral nutrition of Nutrison Fiber and Elemental Diet in patients with dysphage after stroke

Objectives:To observe effect of enteral nutrition of Nutrison Fiber on patients with dysphage after stroke. Methods:This study consisted of 60 cases of stroke patients with dysphage admitted to Changhai hospital.Sixty patients of dysphage were divided into two groups:Nutrision Fiber group and Elemental Diet group.Each group was thirty cases.Feeding time,length of stay in the hospital,nutrition status and effective rate of stroke treatment were compared between the two group. Results:Feeding time and length of stay in hospital of stroke patients were shorter in Nutrison Fiber group than in Elemental Diet group,and the feeding time to extract feeding tube of enteral nutrition was shorter in some patients who received enteral nutrition within 72 hours of stroke onset in Nutrison Fiber group than in those who received enteral nutrition after 72 hours of stroke onset.Nutritional status and effective rate of stroke treatment were better in Nutrison Fibre group than in Elemental Diet group. Conclusions:Effect of enteral nutrition of Nutrison Fibe in patients with dysphage after stroke is better than Elemental Diet and enteral nutrition should be used within 72 hours of stroke onset if it is implicated.
