325例外科手术患者感染相关因素的临床分析

目的探讨外科手术感染中手术切口类型以及感染危险因素评分与感染发生率的关系。方法比较分析本院325例经外科手术治疗的患者，统计其感染的发生率以及不同切口类型、不同感染危险因素评分患者的感染发生率。结果（1）外科手术患者感染发生率为10．77％，切口感染发病率为7．69％。（2）在三类手术切口之间比较，无菌手术切口与污染手术切口感染率之间差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；污染手术切口与感染手术切口感染率之间差异也有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。（3）感染危险因素评分与感染的关系统计结果显示，切口的感染率与危险因素评分呈正相关，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论手术切口类型与感染危险因素评分直接影响外科手术感染的发生率。

Clinical analysis on the correlation of the infectious factors of surgery incision
