道路交通伤的发展趋势分析与防护策略研究

目的　分析国内外道路交通事故伤的发展趋势 ,研究防护策略。方法　统计近几年来国内外道路交通事故伤的相关数据 ,分析其疾病谱排位、年龄分布、国家和地区差别、共性原因和经济损失。结果　道路交通事故伤疾病谱死亡排位为第 10位 ,年龄≥ 6 0岁组死亡最多 (2 6 5 /10万人 ) ,其次为 15～ 5 9岁组 (2 2 2 /10万人 ) ,最低为 <15岁组 (13 6 /10万人 ) ,低收入国家死亡占全球死亡数的 87 9% ,高收入国家则占 12 11%。结论　影响道路交通事故伤的因素包括居民数量和素质、道路长度和质量、机动车数、驾驶员数和环境等 ,防护策略包括加强安全教育、强化安全措施、完善工程设施公路、车辆建设 ,做好院前急救和院后临床治疗等。

Analysis to The Trend of Road Injury and Protective Measures

Objective To analysis the trend of road injury at home and abroad,and do research on the protective Measures.Methods To count the relevant data of road injury at home and abroad in recent years,and give the analyses to injury and death,the ranges of ages,the difference between nations and districts,the common causes and the economy loss.Results The rank of road injury is No.10.Among the different ages of groups of dead people,the group of age is 60 or above 60 ranks the first (26.5/100 thousand),the group of age from 15 to 29 ranks the second (22.2/100 thousand),and the group of age under 15 ranks the third (13.6/100 thousand).The number of death of low-incomed countries is 87.9% of the global,but that of high-incomed countries is only 12.11%.Conclusion There are many factors to cause the traffic accident,which include quality and quantity of residents,length and quality of road,quantity of vehicle,quantity of driver,environment and so on.The protective measures include to strengthen the safety education,to intensify the safety measure,to prepare well for pre-hospitalized emergency treatment and post hospitalized clinical treatment.
