| 摘 要： | 目的观察司帕沙星（喹诺酮类）与利君沙等药物联合体外高频热疗，治疗慢性附睾炎（均未形成脓肿）的效果。方法对2005年以来慢性附睾炎患者70例随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组35例，进行利君沙、司帕沙星等药物联合体外高频热疗；对照组采用利君沙、司帕沙星等药物联合硫酸镁局部热敷。结果观察组总有效率为94．28％，明显高于对照组的77．17％（P〈0．05）。结论应用利君沙、司帕沙星等联合体外高频热疗治疗慢性附睾炎是一种安全、可靠、经济有效的方法。
