| 摘 要： | 报告1例以阴茎包皮肿胀为主要表现,并合并有衣原体感染的二期梅毒。患者男,49岁,阴茎皮疹2个月,全身皮疹2周,包皮肿胀伴尿道口脓性分泌物1周,沙眼衣原体抗原、TPHA及RPR均阳性。诊断:二期梅毒,衣原体性尿道炎。予红霉素治疗,皮疹未见好转,考虑为螺旋体耐药菌株,更换为苄星青霉素治疗后痊愈。

| Abstract: | This was a case of the second period of syphilis with swelling penis acrobystia and chlamydia infection. The patient was a 49-year-old man with the eruption on penis for 2 months, generalized eruption for 2 weeks, swelling penis acrobystia and purulence secretion on urethral orifice for 1 week, and the test of the antigen of chlamydia trachomatis, TPHA, and RPR were positive.
