婴儿黄疸患儿尿中及母乳中人巨细胞病毒感染的研究

摘    要:目的:了解婴儿黄疸患儿尿中人巨细胞病毒(HCMV)感染情况及HCMV通过母乳对婴儿的传播情况。方法:应用荧光定量PCR方法对858例患黄疸的婴儿尿及配对的316例母乳进行HCMV-DNA检测。结果:黄疸患儿尿中的HCMV-DNA阳性率为29.02%,母乳中的阳性率为59.18%;母乳HCMV-DNA阳性配对的患儿尿的HCMV-DNA阳性率为40.11%,母乳HCMV-DNA阴性配对患儿尿HCMV-DNA阳性率为18.60%,两组之间具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:婴儿黄疸与HCMV感染有一定关系,HCMV感染母乳是婴儿获得性感染引起黄疸的主要途径之一。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate situations of the human cytomeglovirus(HCMV) infection in jaundice infants' urine and in mothers' milk.Methods:The urine HCMV-DNA of 858 infants with jaundice and 316 mothers' milk HCMV-DNA were detected by the fluorescent quantitative PCR(FQ-PCR) method.Results:The positive rates HCMV-DNA in the urine of 858 infants and in 316 breast milk were 29.02% and 59.18% respectively.In those whose mothers' milk were positive,the positive rates of their infants' urine HCMV-DNA was 40.11%,in those whose mothers' milk were negative,the positive rates of their infants' urine was 18.60%.Conclusion:There was a significant correlation between HCMV infection and infant jaundice,the HCMV infection of mothers' milk was one of the main factors of infant jaundice.
