| 摘 要： | 临床教学质量管理的好与坏，直接关系到医学生临床实习质量的优劣。为此，根据临床教学的特性，研究和探讨临床实习阶段教学管理的特点和规律，提出“六性原则”，完善和提高临床教学质量的管理与监控。
