腹部推拿治疗广泛性焦虑症的临床研究

目的]探讨腹部推拿治疗广泛性焦虑症(GAD)的临床疗效。方法]将60例GAD患者随机分为腹部推拿组和中药对照组,每组30例,对比两者临床疗效和相关量表的变化。结果]治疗后两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)和汉密顿焦虑症量表(HAMA)分值均较治疗前有显著性差异(P<0.01),治疗30d后,两组临床愈显率无差异(P>0.05)。结论]腹部推拿治疗广泛性焦虑症患者的躯体症状和情绪改善疗效肯定,且患者没有依赖感和不良反应。

Clinical research on abdominal massage therapy in treating generalized anxiety disorder

Objective] To explore the clinical curative effect of abdominal massage therapy in treating generalized anxiety disorder(GAD) and contrast and observe the clinical effect between abdominal massage therapy and traditional Chinese medicine in emotion change before and after treatment as well as the improvement of somatic syndromes. Methods] Sixty patients with GAD were randomly divided into abdominal massage therapy group and traditional Chinese medicine control group. The clinical effect and correlated measuring scale between these two groups were compared. Results] The SAS scale(Self-rating anxiety scale) and HAMA scale(Hanmilton anxiety scale) had obvious difference before and after treatment (P<0.01) in both groups. Thirty days later There weren't yet any significant difference between two groups in the rate of significant recovery clinically(P>0.05). Conclusions] Abdominal massage therapy may obviously improve somatic and emotion symptoms of GAD patients. These patients are not dependent on treatment and have no adverse reaction.
