专科护生学习能力现状调查分析及应对策略

现代教育论对学校教育的总体目标作了规定,即现代教育引导学生通过学习获取知识、发展智力、培养能力,以完成对学生的科学与人文素质教育的完整的教育任务1]。通过调查发现,学习兴趣不高、学习方法欠佳是专科护理专业学生学习面临的最大问题。重视学生学习能力培养、落实培养措施是提高学生学习能力的重要方法。

Survey of the learning ability actuality of nursing students in a junior college and the coping strategies

Objective The mordern education theory has defined the overall target of the school education, which is that the mordern education should conduct the students to learn and get the knowledge, develop their intelligence, cultivate their capabilities, in order to fulfill the duty of giving complete education to students on both science and cultural quality education.The aim of the research is to investigate the learning ability actuality of nursing students in a junior college and the coping strategies. Methods 500 cases of nursing students in a junior college were investigated for testing score, learning psychology and learning method by applying questionnaire and chatting. Results According to the survey, the biggest problem which the junior college nursing students are faced with in learning is lack of learning interests and improper learning methods. Conclusion We should think highly of the training ways of the students' learning ability and implement the training methods, in order to improve students' learning ability.
