苯那普利对高血压患者尿微量白蛋白及肾功能的影响

摘    要:目的研究血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂(ACEI)苯那普利对高血压患者尿微量白蛋白及肾功能的作用。方法42例高血压患者停用原抗高血压药1周以上,应用苯那普利6周,比较治疗前后血压、微量尿白蛋白、肾素活性改变及肌酐清除率等指标。结果治疗后患者的动脉血压明显降低(P<0.001),尿微量白蛋白减低,肾素活性增高(P<0.001),其他肾功能指标无变化。结论苯那普利在有效降低动脉血压同时具有减少尿微量白蛋白作用,提示对肾有保护作用

Abstract:Objective This study was aimed at examining the effects of benazepril (angiotension converting enzyme inhibitor) on urinary excretion of microalbumin and renal function on hypertensive patients. Method 42 patients with essential hypertension received benazepril 10 mg daily for 6 weeks.Their blood pressure,urinary microalbumin and renal function were examined. Results The blood pressure and urinary albumin were decreased significantly after treatment( P <0.001). No significant changes were observed on kidney function. Conclusion This study showed that benazepril is able to reduce urinary excretion of microalbumin and lower blood pressure in patients with essential hypertension.It may be effects of benazepril on protecting the kidney.
