下肢静脉造影对老年人下肢静脉疾病的诊断价值

目的探讨下肢静脉造影对老年人下肢静脉疾病的诊断价值及老年人下肢静脉疾病的特点。方法对36例疑有下肢静脉疾病、年龄≥60岁的老年人进行常规或数字减影下肢静脉造影。根据造影表现进行分析。结果36例老年病例共55侧肢体下肢静脉造影均获成功,其中54侧为阳性。根据X线表现分类:静脉阻塞性病变30侧(54.5%),静脉逆流性病变23侧(41.8%),静脉瘤样病变1侧(1.8%)。深静脉血栓形成及形成后再通为主要表现。结论下肢静脉造影对老年人下肢静脉疾病的诊断及分类具有重要价值。本组病例中老年人下肢静脉疾病以下肢静脉阻塞性疾病居多。

APPLICATION OF PHLEBOGRAPHY OF LOWER EXTREMITY FOR THE DIAGNOSIS OF VENOUS DISEASES IN THE AGED

Objective To evaluate the value of venography of lower extremity and characteristics of venous diseases of lower extremity in the aged. Methods 36 patients(55 extremities)with venous diseases of lower extremity were underwent venography or by DSA of the lower extremity, who were older than 60 years of age. Results The procedures of venography of lower extremity were successful in all cases. The venograms of 55 cases were classified into venous obstructive lesions(30 extremities,54.5%),venous reflux lesions(23 extremities,41.8%) and venous tumor like lesion(1 extremity,1.8%). The chief manifestations were thrombosis of deep veins and re-canalization after thrombosis formation. Conclusions Venography of lower extremity is valuable in diagnosing venous diseases of lower extremity in the aged. Cases with venous obstructive lesions were more than those with other two kinds of lesions.
