| 摘 要： | 目的：药物过敏性剥脱性皮炎的创面尚无理想的药物治疗，在MEBO治疗烧伤创面的启发下，试用了MEBO治疗。病例资料：两例病人均为APC过敏引起者，局部主要病变为剥脱性皮炎，其中1例合并过敏性角膜溃疡。治疗与结果：在全身抗炎：抗过敏治疗的同时，局部外用MEBO治疗，分别于治疗后25天、9天治愈。结论：药物过敏，性剥脱，性皮炎，局部采用MEBO治疗效果好可靠。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the efficacy of MEBO in treating exfoliative dermatitisdue to drug allergy. Method: MEBO was used for treating 2 cases of exfoliative dermatitis due toAPC allergy. One of them was complicated by anaphylactic corneal ulcer. Result: One patient curedin 25 days and the other in 9 days. Chnclusion: MEBO is effective for treating exfoliative dermatitisdue to drug allergy.[ |
