PPH术后并发尿潴留的原因分析及护理

目的：探讨PPH术后尿潴留发生的原因与护理措施.方法：回顾性分析我院2009年9月～2011年12月行PPH手术治疗患者术后发生尿潴留的原因与护理.结果：紧张心理、环境及排尿方式的改变、手术刺激、麻醉影响、液体输入量、术后疼痛、敷料压迫等都会对术后尿潴留产生影响.结论：做好患者心理护理和健康教育,及时采取有效的护理措施,预防和解除术后尿潴留发生,可以缓解患者紧张情绪,减轻术后痛苦,利于术后康复.

Discussing about the cause of postoperative uroschesis and the nursing care treatment

Objective：To discuss the cause of postoperative uroschesis and the nursing methods in the treatment of postoperative uroschesis. Methods：To reviewed and analyse why did our patients which have received the PPH operation get uroschesis , and how did we provide nursing care to them. Result：we get to know that the facters which influence the postoperative uroschesis are as below： tense mood,changed envlronment,different ways to micturition,irritation from the operatlon,the impact of anesthesia,Volumes of inputing Liquid,postoperative pain and dressing compression. Conclusion：Offering metal care and health education, taking effective nursing measures in time, preventing and relieving the postoperative uroschesis can help to alleviate the tense mood of patients, reduce the postoperative pain, and help to postoperative rehabilitation.
