冠心病的心电图特点分析

目的：探讨冠心病的临床心电图特点.方法：选取我院冠心病患者90例,作为观察组,进行十二导联心电图检测.同时选取75例正常成人,作为对照组,对两组检查结果进行对比分析.结果：90例冠心病患者心电图ST段、T波改变91.2%,无ST段、T波改变8.6%;75例正常成人心电图ST段、T波改变9.8%,无ST段、T波改变89.6%,两组比较具有显著性差异（P〈0.05）.结论：心电图在冠心病的早期诊断阶段,能够迅速、有效的检测出发病征兆,并具有较高的诊断准确率,值得在临床医学常规检查中广泛应用.

ECG characteristics of coronary heart disease

Objective： To study the clinical characteristics of coronary heart disease electrocardiogram. Methods：The patients with coronary artery disease （90 cases, as research group, the league electrocardiographic twelve.
